XXI, LLC acts primarily as a holding entity and may, directly or through its subsidiaries, provide:

The Services may evolve; any material change will be reflected in these Terms or communicated through another reasonable method.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
- Fees – All fees are set by a specific contract and are due in accordance with that contract.
- Currency – Payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Late Payment – Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the statutory rate in Wyoming or, if higher, the maximum rate allowed by law.
- Refunds – Payments are non-refundable except where expressly stated in a contract or required by mandatory law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- refrain from using the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or non-compliant purpose;
- avoid infringing the intellectual-property rights of XXI, LLC or any third party;
- not attempt to gain unauthorized access to XXI, LLC’s or its subsidiaries’ systems or information;
- comply with all applicable anti-money-laundering and anti-corruption laws.
5. Account Management
Where access to the Services requires an account:
- Accuracy – You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
- Credential Security – You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity conducted under your account.
- Notification – You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Termination
XXI, LLC may:
- suspend or terminate any Service, in whole or in part, upon reasonable notice or immediately in the event of material breach;
- require immediate payment of all amounts due as of the termination date.
You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any outstanding financial obligations.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and XXI, LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject matter.
